Customer Service Associate

Position Description

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is a one-year contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. You will be working full-time, with a standard 9 AM to 5 PM schedule, based on your local time zone, and handling a 40-hour workweek.

In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with clients, answering inquiries, and providing top-notch support to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, organized, and has a knack for building lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring quick and accurate responses to customer needs.
  • Educate clients on investment options, products, and services offered by the company.
  • Assist with client account management, including tracking investments, ensuring accuracy in records, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve client services and streamline communication processes.
  • Actively contribute to team performance targets and participate in any additional projects or initiatives as assigned.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: A competitive monthly salary of $7,000.00.
  • Commission Structure: You will also receive a 5% commission on each investment secured, allowing for significant earning potential as you succeed in your role.
  • Tax Form: This role operates under a 1099 contractor status.
  • Payment Methods: Flexible options including Direct Deposit or International Wire Transfer, ensuring that your earnings are delivered securely and promptly.

Work Arrangement

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you have a reliable internet connection and the ability to maintain regular communication with the team and clients. You will be working independently but with ongoing support and guidance to help you succeed.
